Offices of the terminal administration are located on the first floor of the arrival public hall. You can access it through the main stairs.

Working hours: 08 am to 17 pm all week days except Saturdays and Sundays.

However duty officers are available around the clock all days and can primarily attend you on any of your inquiries. Proceed to the information desk and a duty officer will be invited to attend you within seconds.
